The newdomains.org call for speakers is officially open!

Would you like to submit a presentation proposal? Do you know someone who is a qualified speaker or panelist? Now is the time to apply and let us know as we are opening our call for speakers. All topics on our agenda marked 'tbc' or 'tba' are open for proposals and will be considered.

Proposal requirements:

  • Deadline: Call for speakers closes on May 31, 2011.
  • Proposal description: Please send us a specific outline of your proposal. Presentations may either be 20 or 40 minutes in length with included discussion times of 5 or 10 minutes respectively.
  • Short video: Additionally please provide a short video of your presentation skills. All presentations must be in English. Please provide a link to your video on an Internet accessible video platform such as youtube.com or vimeo.com. If you don't have a video, please create a 2-3 minute clip presenting your topic and include a link where we can find it. Panelist applications: Please also provide a 2 minute video describing why you are qualified to be a panelist. Videos are voluntary but substantially increase your chances of approval.
  • Please provide a brief description why you are qualified to be a panelist or speaker.
  • Please specify if your proposal will cover a predefined topic, a new topic or a position on one of our panels.
  • No product pitches: Product pitches will be rejected without consideration.

Please submit your proposal and any questions to proposal@newdomains.org.

For your convenience please review our agenda first. Proposals that match an agenda topic are more likely to be accepted.

Please send your proposal to proposal@newdomains.org. We will contact you as soon as we have completed our review. Please note that all proposals submitted do not constitute the right to actually give a presentation or act as a panelist until we have confirmed your proposal and notified you in writing. All presenter/panelist slots will be awarded at united-domains' sole discretion.
