ICANN selects Alain Pellet as Independent Objector for New gTLD Program

ICANN has selected Alain Pellet as the Independent Objector (IO) for the New gTLD Program. The IO does not act on behalf of any particular persons or entities, but acts solely in the best interests of the public. The IO may only file objections based on two types of objections: Limited Public Interest objections and Community objections. He may consider public comment when making an independent assessment whether an objection is warranted.

Unfortunately it only shows a server configuration page. It appears that it may be revamped with the publicity Professor Pellet is going to receive.
